A ZIP archive of the current libsim.a can be downloaded here including the associated headers.  You can also get a ZIP archive of the sources.  The parts that exist seem quite stable, but many pieces remain to be written, so it's best if this is considered an alpha version with the API subject to change without notice.  Feedback about possible additons or changes would be appreciated.

The current libsim.a is compiled with GCC 2.95.2 rather than 3.x as the 3.x versions of the compiler provided by Apple are buggy pre-releases that crash when compiling simlib.
